Step 1: Visit your webmail login webpage. The URL is https://app.rackspace.com Once you visit this page, you'll be greeted with the following screen:
Step 2: Log in with your email address and current password. If you do not know your current password, please call support at 740-204-6333.
Step 3: At the top right corner of your screen, you'll see the following menu next to your email address. Click the three lines, then choose Settings:
Step 4: Once inside the Settings window, choose Security and then click Change It Now.
Step 5: In the resulting window, enter your current password in the top box. Then in the next two boxes, enter your new desired password. Then, click Save.
