Step 1: Log into your remote QuickBooks environment.
Step 2: Hold down CTRL+ALT and press END once. (Example below)
Step 4: You'll see the screen below. Click Change a password.
Step 5: On the following screen (below), type in your current password once. Then, type your new password twice.
Important: once you have typed your new password twice, click the arrow button next to the last password field.
